All architectural submissions are processed via TownSq. Click the link below to submit your ACC Request.
** Please note that you will need to use a laptop or desktop computer and logged in to your TownSq account during submission.
If you're not registered, you can do so by visiting the following link through a web browser https://app.townsq.io/ais/sign-up All you will need is your HOA account number and property zip code.
Master Plan Reviews - $250
Plot Plan Reviews - $150
Landscape Plan Review - $100
Fence Plan Review - $100
For Master Plan Reviews, fees will be charged to the 'run-through' account real time.
For Plot Plan Reviews, fees will be charged to the property account.
Preferably, landscape and fence plans would be included during submission for either a Master Plan or a Plot Plan.
